Misprinted/Defective Item

I want you to LOVE your FreshFreak gear! If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please reach out to me. I would be happy to replace the item at no cost to you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items should be made via email to FreshFreakDesigns@gmail.com within 14 days after the product has been received.

Lost In Transit

For packages lost in transit, please reach out to me via email to FreshFreakDesigns@gmail.com no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. I will do my very best to have another item shipped out to you as quickly as possible.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to me. I am happy to reship the items but you will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you.

Returns/Refunds

Each product in the FreshFreak shop is custom made just for you at the time of purchase. For this reason, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
